Experienced Personnel
With over 25 years of experience our passivation teams can plan and execute projects in accordance with any customers requirements. Our teams of passivation experts will work endlessly to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. All work can be tested and verified by a full-time in house Chemist.
Equipment
OMC Technologies state of the art surface treatment equipment and instrumentation (Meters/Hoses/Pumps/Rigs etc.) is fully calibrated and tested to ensure 100% accuracy and safety. OMC Technologies can now also deliver clean dry air to dew points as low as -70deg Celcius. Certificates for all equipment and instruments can be shown upon request from the customer.
On-Site Inspections
OMC Technologies offer on site inspection on behalf of our customers as rouging specialists. In these inspections we assess the conditions in terms of rouge. Swab samples and photos can be taken at various inspection points, the results are recorded and a report generated which also defines possible measures. Our clients can use these reports to monitor a systems rouge development by conducting this kind of inspection on an annual basis.
Commitment to Schedules
OMC Technologies offer clients the flexability to work multiple shifts to suit specific requirements. Mechanical & Chemical Expertise.
Certification
OMC can provide complete handover files for our degreasing & passivation services upon request from the client. This can include Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Relevant P&ID’s, Safety Certificates etc. and any other information the client may request.
Environmentally Aware
OMC have invested significantly in it’s pumps/rigs/hoses/connections to prevent any form of chemical spills from occurring. In the event of a spillage our crews of technicians are fully trained and certified in chemical awareness. OMC are also ISO14001 compliant.
Safety
OMC Technologies also employ a full-time Health & Safety officer to carry out Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Site Audits etc. to ensure that our site crew and personnel are maintaining exceptional health & safety standards.
