And so the final episode of DIY SOS has been aired and this series has come to a close. A real ‘pull at the heart strings’ episode was aired on Sunday last, which facilitated the vital adaptions of a home to Claire Carpenter in Co.Sligo who suffered a serious stroke.

We would like to extend huge gratitude to all of those involved in facilitating this series builds and to the volunteers in both our own organisation and all the other contributors to this initiative. It really does take a village but the difference that has been made to these families lives is immeasurable. Well done to all involved and thank you.
