Boland’s Quay Pedestrian Bridge Installation

As part of the exciting new development at Boland’s Quay, Barrow Street Dublin 4, OMC Technologies have commenced the installation of a new pedestrian bridge that will link from Grand Canal bridge to the Boland’s Quay plaza, the center of the new development. The bridge comprises several galvanized mild steel sections bolted onto galvanized mild steel stubbs. The stubbs themselves are fitted to piles driven into the bottom of the canal dock. Flooring of the bridge will commence once all sections are in place. The bridge will be framed by glass balustrading and feature lighting and provide a new pathway into the heart of the development.
