Design

OMC Technologies complete all design work in house using the latest Autocad Inventor software package, operated by a team of highly skilled and vastly experienced designers. All products are designed to comply with relevant industry standards and we provide CE certification on all bespoke products.

Manufacture

All works are completed in house at our 100,000sq/ft state of the art manufacturing facility in Limerick, which includes CNC laser cutting, CNC Brake-Presses, CNC Lathes, fully certified welders & procedures, mechanical polishing, degreasing, pickling, passivating, electropolishing, galvanising and painting.

Installation

We have an experienced team of qualified site fitters who will ensure delivery, installation and commissioning of our products to the highest standards. For all OMC installation we create a job related method statement, risk assessment and COSHE report to satisfy ourselves that our operatives are working to a safe plan, the client receives a copy of this report. Each OMC installation team is fully aware of the company safety policy. OMC control transport to site also, ensuring no damage to products whilst in transit.

Glazing

All our glass is sourced from an approved supplier chain with a long history of providing the highest quality glazing products and services on the market. Our team of fitters are experienced and highly qualified in the installation of all our glazing products.

Certification

OMC provide complete operations and maintenance manuals(O&M) for all products. This ensures that our clients have full tracability on all materials used and have a manual to ensure the correct care and maintenance of the products.

OMC Technologies operate in accordance with ISO14001 certification to ensure that our processes and procedures are non-harmful to the environment.
